WHAT HAVE WE WORKED FOR?
At Techniki Lakiernicze, we use the resources of our own demonstration line, on which we conduct production tests, initially presenting the operation of the purchased devices or lines to interested customers and allowing for easier visualization of the planned production process.
Our line is equipped with:
- loading station,
- two-track chain conveyor for precise transport of details between stations and devices,
- application station with an ABB industrial robot,
- configurable feeding and application devices depending on the requirements.
- The basic equipment of the application system are pressure tanks with the pump option degassing and automatic spray gun.
- ventilation cabin with dry, double air filtration,
- a chamber with activated carbon cartridges to clean the air from the ventilation cabin,
- chamber furnace with ceramic radiators for heating the details.
