The coating line consists of the following:
- Rubber profiles loading/unloading zone,
- Pre-heating tunnel with hot air usage,
- Closed painting booth for a basecoat application,
- Pre-heating tunnel with hot air usage,
- Closed painting booth for a topcoat application,
- An air-conditioned room for the preparation and feeding of varnish materials,
- Pre – evaporation (flash-off) tunnel,
- Dryer for profiles heating after painting – furnace,
- A top conveyor transporting suspended profiles between paint shop zones,
- An electrical cabinet for the paint shop feeding and controlling.
- Technological platform.
