WHAT HAVE WE WORKED FOR?
Coating cabin „cabinet” type for automatic painting of rubber profiles using robot ABB IRB5510 type.
The coating cabin will be equipped in:
- system for hangers type recognizing – up to 4 types on each conveyor,
- painting robot IRB5510 type made by ABB with two automatic spray guns AGMD Pro type made by Devillbis. As a part of the offer, trajectory programming will be performed for 1 type of details,
- basecoat delivery system (equipped with a specialized gear pump with a bypass valve) to automatic spray gun installed on robots’ arm,
- varnish delivery system (equipped with a specialized gear pump with a bypass valve) to automatic spray gun (second) installed on robots’ arm,
- transport system – 4 pcs of independent conveyors,
- the dryer/furnace – 4 pcs of walls with installed infrared radiators. A maximum of 36 infrared heaters, each with a power of 1000 W, will be installed on one wall,
- ventilation air handling unit with a filter block, a blow – in fan and a cooler,
- two vertical, independent filtration walls with extraction ventilation with an external emitter placed together with the robot and paint delivery systems in a closed painting booth with a complete ventilation system,
- power supply and control cabinet.
